Return / Replacement /Cancel Policy

Returns/Replacement are accepted under the following cases –

Return/Replacement request of the Product(s) should be initiated within 5 days of Order Delivery for Unsatisfactory product or in case of non-receipt of Invoice & Warranty (for Electronics only). However, under the following conditions, Return Request should be filed within 2 days of Delivery:

a. Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style

b. Wrong item ordered/ delivered

c. Unsatisfactory Product – Inauthentic/ Low Quality/ Expired

d. Defective Product - Manufacturing defect/ Non-functioning (Not applicable, if the product is under Manufacturer’s Warranty)

e. Damaged Product – Physical damage/ Tampered product or packaging

f. Wrong Quantity – Missing Products/ Parts

g. No Invoice/Warranty Received – Available on Electronics only

h. Empty packages

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

a. Damages due to misuse of product;

b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

c. Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

e. Digital products/services.

f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

g. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

h. Jewellery which is 'made to order' on customer's request

On Clothing and Footwear, qualified sellers accept 5 day exchange subject to the following conditions:

Clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.

Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.

Returns are not applicable for 'Made to order' jewellery, Innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc.

Please keep the product ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Please take care of the following points, while packing your product for Pickup -

a. Product should not be used/altered/ tampered

b. Keep original price tag & packing slip intact

c. Mention Order Number on the box

d. Do not seal the box

e. Mention the Order Number/Delivery Address on the package, before handing over the packet to Pickup executive.

f. Keep the Courier Company's receipt for tracking purposes

You can place a Return request within 5 days of order delivery. However, in case of Damaged/Missing/Empty Package/Wrong Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.

Return request will be reviewed with the merchant for his/her approval.

After approval, we will ask you to dispatch the product. The courier charges will be reimbursed by Kaynaat.

After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective vendor.

Kaynaat will reimburse the courier charges (upto Rs. 500) in form of Promocode Value.


Under some rare situations, our vendors can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –

• Product out of stock with the seller

• Incorrect pricing or description of the product

• Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance.

• Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address

• Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners or sellers of the *Order Transfer Marketplace.

• A cancellation request cannot be made after your order is dispatched

• If your order is not fulfilled by our seller after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Refund Policy. Our vendor will notify you at your registered email or mobile if an order cancellation happens due to any reason.

If Kaynaat has any suspicion or knowledge that any of its buyers and sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false or not genuine, Kaynaat may also, while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such member buyers and sellers, at its sole discretion, suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyers and sellers and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Customers who have been blocked for any suspicious or fraudulent activity on Kaynaat will not be allowed to return their products.

Kaynaat reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Kaynaat may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
